1. Attack - Oi-zuki
1. Defence - Slide back Jodan-uke & Gyaku-zuki
2. Attack - Mae-geri
2. Defence - Slide back Gedan-barai to turn opponent then Gyaku-zuki to kidney area
3. Attack - Slide in Maeken-zuki
3. Defence - Slide back, leading hand Shuto-uke, spin into Shiko-dachi with supported Empi to sternum.
4. Attack - Mawashi-geri
4. Defence - Slide in Gedan-uke, grab wrist and shoulder to bring down upper body for double Hiza-geri.
5. Attack - Oi-zuki
5. Defence - Side step leading leg to left, right Shuto-uke, grab shoulder and apply right Mawashi-geri-chudan, follow up with reverse Ashi-barai. Land in Shiko-dachi and right Seiken to face.
6. Attack - Mae-geri
6. Defence - Slide back Gedan-barai to turn opponent, drop to right knee, grab GI top, right Haito to back of knees to take down, finish with Shuto to neck.
7. Attack - Slide in Maeken-zuki
7. Defence - Step back Shuto (Comb No6), slide in Gyaku-zuki, right hand to throat, right Ashi-barai, right Kakato.
8. Attack - Mawashi-geri-chudan
8. Defence - Combination 10c.
9. Attack - Oi-zuki
9. Defence - Juji-uke and turn arm to lock, bend opponent forward with double Kin-geri finishing off with right Empi to neck.
10. Attack - Mae-geri
10. Defence - Slide forward into Shiko-dachi, catching kicking leg with right arm, apply left arm across chest, Ashi-barai supporting leg (holding weight with right), finish off in Shiko-dachi with Morote-zuki (no pull back).
